Open Web Design Network is a non-for profit organisation creating connections between freely available open source web designs, web designers and their customers.

Our philosophy is based on existing open source web designs, which are freely available on the Internet, but which cannot be directly exploited without advanced IT skills. Thanks to our network of designers, artists and IT professionals, you can choose from a huge variety of freely available web designs (such as from OSWD) and find the IT professional who creates your Website based on the design you choose and the content you provide - a simple Word document may be sufficient. The professional web designers who form the OWDN network can either use an existing design "as is" or communicate with you to adapt it to your needs. As a consequence, you can obtain a professional looking Web site for a very competitive price, or chose a more customized approach - you will directly decide by communicating with the designer. Your website can be hosted by your Internet provider, yourself, or on one of our servers.
